Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment at 3pm on Sunday. I got there early hoping I could be seen sooner if they were not too busy. When I went to check in the system said I was too early and had to wait at least 15 minutes before my appointment. So I waited....One of the reps, Brandon began walking around with a note pad asking everyone what their visit was for. I let him know I needed to return my equipment because we cancelled services and no longer needed the items. I asked about the appointment not letting me check in and he mentioned that I could sign in as a "walk in" and that based off of the people already ahead of us that we may be seen sooner than my scheduled 3pm. So I sign in as walk in....we wait and wait and wait. Still nothing. It's 10 min before my 3pm appointment so I check in to that one....still waiting and waiting and waiting. All while waiting they have 3 ladies working and Brandon is walking around with his notepad. I ask him if I am able to just return my equipment with him...His response was, "I don't have a computer to sign in on". All while there is at a minimum another 5 computers available to use. I asked why other appointments were being seen

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my grandparents received from Spectrum. My grandparents are both in their 70s and have been loyal customers for over 20 years. They only keep the service for basic cable channels and are not very familiar with internet technology or troubleshooting. When they needed help, customer service was unable to resolve the issue and sent a technician named Terry to their home. Instead of being patient and understanding, Terry was rude and dismissive. When my grandparents couldn't accurately repeat what customer service had told them, he responded with comments such as, "Then what am I here for?" and, "You know you will be charged for this service, right?" in a condescending tone. Elderly customers who are not comfortable with technology deserve patience, respect, and professional assistance—not attitude and intimidation. After more than two decades of loyalty, this experience was unacceptable. I sincerely hope Spectrum does not treat all of its elderly customers this way.

This place is constantly understaffed so the wait times are always ridiculous. Been here 3 times over the last 4 yrs and the service hasn't improved. Clear your schedule before a trip here and bring a lunch. Also there's no point in getting here early, they skip all walk-ins until there are no more reservations.

Outstanding experience! Very knowledgeable and highly skilled rep Anette was able to fulfill all my technical requests. Also, no wait because I made a reservation prior to store visit. Great deals on the phones and mobile packages available!

Horrible customer service. We sat in the lobby today for over 2(almost 2.5 hours) while 6-7 employees were on shift walking around the store and hanging out, laughing and chatting among themselves. At any given time only one or two customers were actually being helped and it was taking them over 30-45 min per customer. People with online appointments were able to cut ahead and save some wait time, and apparently other random walk-ins were able to inexplicably cut the line as well. They had a que screen with your name, but I guess somehow you just walk in and magically bypass the line if you were the 3-4 lucky customers that I saw(?) I watched numerous people ahead of us in line walk out. When I finally got my turn in line, they couldn't help and had me call manufacturer of the phone. We have been loyal cable customers for several (5-8+)years. Customer service was so bad today that we plan to discontinue all services as soon as other options are in place. Thank you Spectrum for wasting my only day off in weeks. You are absolute trash. Edit 1: I saw your prompt reply to the negative feedback on Google review(less than 8 min) how about you provide that attention to your customers
